5 facts about the first World of Warcraft, which...

Whether it's raids, dungeons or quests - Blizzard likes to underline the story of WoW with videos. In WoW: Shadowlands, the developers entertained us with numerous cutscenes. Patch 9.2 will also have its story highlights in Mausoleum of the First. These certainly include the four new cinematics that WoWHead's dataminers discovered on the test server.
Attention:The said videos are currently only available as files, we don't know exactly what happens in these cinematics. However, the size of the files, the length of the videos and their IDs tell us approximately where they will be played in the game.
In the last few months on the test server for patch 9.2 we have gathered enough solid information about the story of Zereth Mortis and the Mausoleum of the First. This means that we can assign the cinematics to the respective story chapter despite encrypted data. Of course, we can't avoid a few speculations.
07:39We can also compare the video data with the cinematics from past patches. The videos from Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands have roughly the same runtime. For comparison, the last video from the battle against Sylvanas in the Sanctum of Domination lasted about two and a half minutes. With all that said, it comes close to the runtime of the last video, which lasts 2 minutes and 42 seconds. We also can't forget about the mini cinematics and cutscenes that are played in the raid in between to give players a short break.
The first video is quite short, so we'll assume that it's the intro to the Mausoleum. In this cinematic, the dungeon master will probably reveal his big plan to us or we'll watch him break into the Sanctuary of the First. Just like a typical movie villain.
The second cinematic is a bit longer, the video could be from the battle against Anduin. The jailer enslaved the young king with the help of Sylvanas. Since then Anduin serves his tormentor unconditionally ... because senseless. At the end of patch 9.1 we learn that Anduin is the key figure in the fight against the dungeon master. The king of the Alliance could tell us how to resist Zovaal's devilish magic. Perhaps the fate of Arthas, who will make a brief comeback in Patch 9.2, will also be revealed.
The third video will probably be about Anduin and his condition after the rescue. The young king is free again, but he then is confronted with all the crimes he committed in the name of Zovaal. Fittingly, there is a new high-resolution model of Anduin with a sad expression on his face. The video is relatively long, which could mean that other WoW heroes like Bolvar, Jaina, Tyrande and Sylvanas
will also make their appearance. The final cinematic most likely belongs to the grand finale of WoW (buy now )
: Shadowlands. Currently, there is a lot of speculation about what exactly will happen after the fight against the dungeon master. However, today we can roughly make out what it's all about. In the final stage of the battle, the Dungeon Master sets his sights on the World Soul of Azeroth. It is the key to the entire creation of the Warcraft universe. We will be able to defeat Zovaal and save Azeroth. In the final video, we'll probably learn the last great secret of the Sleeping Titan. And who knows, she might even wake up from her long sleep. At least that's what the author of the latest WoW leak claims
